The main lawn at Huntington Court has been home to many local events including, since 1954, the annual village fete which attracts several hundred visitors from the county and beyond.
The grounds and surrounding countryside make an idyllic setting for wedding receptions from the adjacent bluebell wood to views across the Malvern Hills and Hergest Ridge. Immediately beyond the garden is a two acre field with access to the village road. This provides plenty of parking space and the perfect place for a marquee reception, following drinks and canapes served on the main lawn.
Next to the house, with access through the kitchen garden is St Thomas à Becket Church, a beautiful thirteenth century building, originally reputed to have been erected as part of the penance of one of the murderers of Thomas à Becket in 1170.
The church can hold approximately 70 people and plays an active role in the community and our vicar, Rev. Ben Griffith, is always happy to discuss wedding ceremonies! Please see https://www.kingtonparishes.org.uk/milestones/ for further details.
